Kezar Atlas Technologies, a software development company based in the Philippines, launched a project that aims to help aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs bring their app ideas to the market.
The project, which is named “StartAppNow, PayLater”, gives technology startups an opportunity to develop their mobile applications with Kezar Atlas with one of the best financing options for a new venture:

CEO Edward Solicito, said that this is Atlas' parent company, Kezar Innovations' way of contributing to the Filipino startup ecosystem.
