Trakaro was registered as a corporation in the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) under the name Trakaro Pte. Ltd. ACRA is the national regulator of business entities, public accountants, and corporate service providers in Singapore. You can check Trakaro’s through ACRA’s website at www.acra.gov.sg.
Trakaro is represented by its three directors – Paul Joseph Galacan, Rey Edward Solicito, and Jan Michael Leal. Leal shall represent Trakaro in Singapore as the Local Director and Galacan and Solicito shall handle the operations in the Philippines as Trakaro Pte. Ltd.’s Foreign Director.
